Creating a New Organisation

What is an Organisation?

The first step to getting Sortd is to create a new organisation. The organisation is where all information about projects and changes are stored, there should only be one organisation per company to enable efficient reporting.

Organisation User Roles

The following roles are assignable to users within an Organisation:

• Viewer

  • Able to view information

• User

  • Able to conduct assessments within changes

• Super User

  • Able to create new projects and changes

• Admin

  • Able to add or remove users

• Super Admin

  • Able to edit the entire company configuration

Creating a New Organisation

When signing up to Sortd for the first time, you will have the option to create a new Organisation or join an existing Organisation if the email domain you used allows self sign-up.
